• Chula Vista games play on Friday nights at Sonia Sotomayor Elementary School  (1790 Santa Christina Ave, Chula Vista, CA 91913) or Meadow Park (adjacent to Sonia Sotomayor School) or Millenia Park.
• La Jolla games play on Sunday mornings at Lawrence Family Jewish Community Center (4126 Executive Dr, La Jolla, CA 92037) or La Jolla Country Day School
• North County games play on Friday nights at San Marcos Middle School (650 W. Mission Rd, San Marcos, CA 92069) or Rancho Bueno Vista High School.
• Poway  games play on Friday nights at Meadowbrook Middle School (12320 Meadowbrook Ln, Poway, CA 92064) or Valley Elementary (13000 Bowron Rd #5799, Poway, CA 92064).
• Santee/East County games play on Friday night at Town Center Community Park (550 Park Center Dr, Santee, CA 92071)  or Granite Hills High School.
• San Diego games play on Saturday mornings at Kearny Senior High School (1954 Komet Way, San Diego, CA 92111).
• NEW LOCATION - San Diego/Inner City games played on Friday Nights at Lincoln High School (4777 Imperial Ave, San Diego, CA 92113)

Full Refunds (for those who are NOT using a credit) given within 7 days of registration (Last refunds eligible for processing on February 15th).

• Cancellations after 7 Days and up to February 15th will be given a credit towards a future season
• After February 15th, no refunds or credits will be provided
• Exception to the refund/cancellation policy is a severe injury/illness with a legitimate Doctor’s note provided prior to Game 1 of the Season

We will be offering BOTH COMPETITIVE AND RECREATIONAL THIS SEASON!

If you choose COMPETITIVE, the following items will apply:

• The game is 5v5 NOT 6v6
• Travel Games: Be prepared to travel for games. Not all games will be at your home location
• No playing time rules (coach has complete control over the team's playing time)
• No friend requests (Coach requests are allowed)
• Undrafted players must attend an evaluation / draft prior to start of season.
• After the evals, the undrafted players will be placed in the rec league. 
• Players should be in grades 3rd-8th (Recreational league is K-8th grades)

Practice schedules are at the discretion of the coaches. We do this so that each coach can schedule practices that are at the most convenient locations and times for their team.

During the season, please log in to see the practice locations and the game schedule.

League Communications

Communications from the league will come from Info@nflflagsd.com and Sports Engine. Please add this email to your contacts/address book or Safe Sender list, so our emails will arrive in your inbox. 

From the end of the registration period and throughout the season, we send out important emails and information about the league. EQUIPMENT

• Jerseys, shorts, and flags are provided by the league.
• Players must provide their own mouthpiece and wear them at all practices and games. Any player without a mouthpiece will not be allowed to participate.
• Soft shelled helmets are optional
• Players can wear athletics shoes or cleats (no metal, please).

 NFL Flag San Diego is a non-profit organization.  All teams are required to find a $275 sponsorship from a local community business for our Spring season.  If a team is unable to find a sponsorship, the cost will be divided among all team members. If at any time during the season, the team locates a sponsor, the team members will be reimbursed.
